    despite clear instructions on how to deliver food … driver made no attempt to contact and left food sitting at door outside building … we were unaware it had been delivered and when found 15 mins later it was cold and drink had melted

    the bag was opened (i think it was opened to put the drinks in the bag. A small serving of chips and the extra tomato sauce were missing. I was ripped off by $2.55.
