    Missing item and food was cold

    Delivery driver picked up our order sat still for 20 minutes then drove all the way in the opposite direction to Macloed and back. there were 2 people in the car they are obviously picking up 2 orders on different apps and delivering them in the same car. food was stone cold and icecream melted. I tried to message him in the app and he didn't respond and tried the help app and they just said it would be delivered soon!

    Bag was badly organised, didn’t receive my sweet and sour sauce and the drinks were spilt all over the bag so now im eating soggy chips
