Poor quality Big Mac. Not prepared properly. It was a single Big Mac but should have been double. The bottom layer was just cheese and bread and no meat patty. The double cheeseburger looked like someone had stepped on it. It was squished and ingredients all over the place. The nuggets were nice, hot and crispy. Chips ice cold. You should not be charging people for poorly made food during a cost of living crisis. At what point does an owner step in and ensure customers get what they paid for???

Burgers were stone cold. The lids of both drinks had popped off and half the contents were swimming at the bottom of the bag. Very disappointing.
