driver got lost and knoq.apology there's 3 turns from.the restraunt . I uploaded proof and will not be using this app as the food is stone cold un safe to eat due to nsw policy and will be fiing a complete

bag not sealed, items unwrapped inside. happy meal toy missing. was warching the driverand he was going to the wrong addresses.

I made an order and the driver never delivered the order, after 30 extra minutes of waiting and then speaking to customer support there was still no rectification of our food and we got credited our money instead. Left frustrated and hungry i tried ordering the same food again with that credit and half our items were missing. Im so fed up with menulog i dont really want to order with them again. This happens more often than not.
