    food was over an hour late. the food was cold and soggy. the drinks were empty and the contents were all over the food and made them inedible.

    my driver got lost. went opposite direction for 30+ KMs, turned up an hour late and handed it to someone else in my street and drove away. she wouldn't mark my delivery as complete for a further 30minute so was being told by Menulog it was still coming, even though I had a message from the driver to say it was delivered. I watched her hand it to another house and leave. an hour later I'm still without my food and she's finally marked it as delivered so I'd like a refund as I didn't get anything

    Salted caramel frappe was disgusting was melted completely. The chocolate frappe was also melted completely with cream put on the top.Borh of them where un drinkable

    They put the rubbish into the bag on top of the drinks from their stickers they used to hold bag closed. No straws an cold food.we should be able to pics on here.

    Driver picked up my food order and took it all the way to forest lake, Hannam cr. Before driving all the way back to my actually address. The amount of time it took them to drop my food off to the address location on the app where there supposed to be. Took over an hour. My food was cold and chicken left off and if I ate it I would have gotten samonella posioning so had to be thrown out.

    I was extremely disappointed in this order not only was it overs late I had to go pick up my own order and after paying for it and everything I’ll never be using menulog again and want a full refund this was a joke and down right wrong
