Food could have been packed better. I got the wrong drink. Asked for a latte with caramel flavour and received just a standard latte that tasted like a cappuccino.

Order was confirmed really quickly and the delivery was on-time but the food itself was sub-par as there was not much cream on the iced coffee, it was flat, there was no straw and the food was barely warm (more cold than anything else).
