Tuesday 24 December 2024maccas how do you forget a whole meal? well seeing people were left hungry due to missing items but the fries were stone cold but I was expecting that it wasn't a great experience, Menulog needs a system where if something isn't right they can drive back to the restaurant and get missing items etc just a suggestion

Monday 18 November 2024When the order arrived the Large drink had split in the bag because the bag was stapled together. So not sure if it was McDonalds fault or Menulog Delivery driver but poor service. And we had written in the instructions for Menulog delivery driver to ‘Ring the Door Bell’ as we were very busy inside the house with guests and only realised the order was outside 50mins later. This is why I write extra instructions on my order for the driver to ring the bell. Waste my money and time
