    I ordered bbq, aioli and ketchup sauces. They have been missing from the order. Also i left a note to remove ice from the drink and they did not!

    2hours late, food soggy and cold, called restaurant after 1 hour, they told me too bad, we aren't cancelling your order.. got into a live chat with Menulog, 3 times they told me too bad, we are not cancelling or refunding and instantly end the chat before you can reply to them.

    Says delivered. Has not been delivered!!!!! Call my number!!! Ring the doorbell of the apartment number!!!! 2nd time in a row my food has been taken because the delivery driver left the food at the building door without notice!!!!!!! I want my money back!!!!!
