Wednesday 13 November 2024the chips were stone cold tasted like they had been sitting there well before I ordered them,. I have ordered Chips from here before and they were fresh these Chips were not fresh at all

Saturday 21 September 2024My order had a driver and Meat the Greek In Rye had made my food timing it with the given pick up time. The delivery time then changed to over an hour, nearly 2 hours from the original time and stated that menu log was trying to find a driver.
Meat The Greek then kindly called me to let me know my food is under a heater so it doesn't go cold and they would do fresh chips when the driver is allocated. They said they have another menu log order that is being picked up tonight and that they would ask the driver if they could take mine as well.
My food was over an hour later then it originally was and Meat The Greek had to stuff around trying to make sure my food didn't go to waste while waiting to see if a new driver would take the order.
It was very frustrating for both myself and the restaurant and next time I will not be using menu log to order my food.
