We only received half the amount of pappadums we ordered and they were very oily and mainly broken into pieces. The kormas weren’t amazing and tasted spicy, despite the meal usually being creamy and mild

The collection time they gave was well off. Order to be “ready” 19:47, I called them 19:32 to see how it was going was told “it’s ready” so walked across the road to collect. Food was COLD. Surely if meal was ready earlier they could have advised? An over priced (and undersized) $90 meal of Indian food that had to be heated in the microwave because it was cold by the time I walked home, and I'm only 100 mtrs down the road. Will also mention Menulog customer service is extremely poor.

Selection made, recommended time 45 mins - Order placed and menulog schedule around 65 mins, 75 mins later we get the ready to collect. I expect the place to be bustling but not so ! The restaurant said they were surprised Menu log took so long to post ready for pick up as it was ready much earlier 🤷‍♂️- so it looks like I’m better dealing directly with the restaurant in future -
