Friday 07 June 2024Ordered usual items. Hot food was cold. Salmon sushi in Bento has been replaced with cooked tuna (cheap), miso soup has gone from large to small container (cheap), rice and meat have been swapped from small to large section of container (cheap), separate sushi order had rolls only slightly larger than a maki. They were tiny! Leaving me paying over $3 per piece of maki. I gave you 5 stars last time but this was a rip off.

Sunday 25 February 2024The food was delivered and left on the front porch, however the driver didn't ring the doorbell so we didn't get the food until we checked the Menulog website. The food was then cold!!! Why don't drivers ring doorbells / knock on the door? They don't have to wait, just knock and leave the food.
