Friday 04 October 2024Pizza was delivered but left at our doorstep without anyone ringing the doorbell/ or notifying us that it had been delivered. Result was us eventually checking the door and the pizza was cold. Delivery had been made 30mins before. Not unreasonable to expect that once pizzas dropped at the doorstep they would ring the doorbell (very clearly visible) or even knock on the door. Pretty disappointing.
