I requested this order be delivered at 7.15 pm. By 7.51 pm the order had not been received and I had received no communication or notification from you that there was a delay with the order. I was then told the delivery driver was 10 minutes away

Absolutely garbage service. Food was NEVER delivered and then was offered a voucher after nearly two hours of waiting. BUT - to redeem the voucher I had to spend MORE MONEY with the company! They are essentially using the opportunity to steal from people. Unbelievable.
