Over 60 minutes late due to no driver. Fresh food sitting at the restaurant for over an hour. I am absolutely seething and we will be getting a refund. Cold food. Never again!!!!!!!

I rang the restaurant and my order was picked up at 6:30pm the order was saying courier is at restaurant while it was being prepared even tho when I rang it had been picked up. When the tracking finally came on the app the courier wasn’t even close to the restaurant. The order was dropped to my place at 6:55pm for a 2km drive with no traffic. I am extremely disappointed that your drivers are picking up food for more then one customer and therefore my meal is delivered cold due to there decisio n
