This order kept getting delayed and delayed. It was an hour past the original delivery time. The delivery itself took way too long, with a stop along the way that was paused in Croydon for 10+ minutes without moving. The items arrived stone cold and were horrible. There was no attempt to close the bag to even try to keep items warm.

My order was never delivered to me,i had a chat with support and they said they could not help me further as i had many histories of claims when on fact i have never claimed anything before in the past.If i try to explain they just exit the chat and say we are sorry there is nothing more we can do to help
