I paid $38 for a whole chicken. it wasn't freshly cooked on the day. it arrived chilled, it had obviously been in the fridge overnight. ruined a lunch I was histing for a couple of friends. not happy with Nandos.

it took TWO HOURS. I ordered food at 5.28. It was meant to arrive between 6.05 and 5.35.This kept increasing, and then finally we got our lukewarm food at 7.26pm. This is unacceptable. I would like at least a partial refund. At the least, I should not be paying delivery or service fees for this kind of service.
