I ordered at 4pm, said it would be delivered by 4:30, then 5pm, then 6pm, then 6:30pm. Food NEVER came so I had to go there myself even though I paid the delivery fee. This is absolutely ridiculous I need a refund because 1. I’m paying for a service I didn’t even receive and 2. this is just way too long without even sending me a message or call or refunding me? I Will not be using Menulog again 0/10. I would like my refund ASAP.

Usually always amazing here. I don’t know if it’s because I ordered online or what, but I could barely eat the kebab. It was torn in half, so every time I tried to unwrap it to eat it, it kept falling apart. I also don’t like how you can’t choose multiple things to put in it and multiple sauces. I had to choose the option with all fillings including tabouli, which I don’t like, so I added no tabouli and add hot sauce in the comments, which they must not read. I won’t order online again.
