possibly due to the big order I had or due to a back log of orders I had to wait two hours for my food to be delivered and. It was partially cold I had to reheat my noodle dish to have it hot when I ate

Rice was crunchy & undercooked, pork belly seemed overcooked & tough. So disappointing as all other orders from here have been great.

When I tried to call and explain I couldn’t find the shop the person who answered the phone call was very rude and I could understand one word he was saying and then proceeded to hang up the phone on me.i think this is very poor customer service and why wouldn’t he say we have move to a different location when I explained I drove past because the original shop was dark and had no lights on,and then when i rang up to explain then he hung up 👎👎👎👎

Second time ordering from this place and both times the driver didn’t ring the doorbell. Food was cold. How hard is it to ring the doorbell? Not happy.
