The worst experience at all. I paid for service fee and delivery fee but what I got is the slowest service. I ordered at 11:30 am intentionally avoid the rush hour, however I didn’t get the meal until 1:07pm. The estimate time has no meaning as it kept being revised and delayed and support is hopeless. With the same amount I paid for service and delivery, I highly recommend uber eats as at least they are arriving as expected given both food prices are inflated anyway.

Delivery driver failed to let us know that the food had arrived. He just dropped the food on at our front door without ring the door bell or knocking on the front door. We have video surveillance which shows that. He needs to be spoken to.

Customers recommend starting each meal with a serving of tom yum noodle soup, which comes with plenty of thin rice noodles.
