my food just didn’t arrive and I can’t even call the store because it’s now closed. So ridiculous. Waste of money. Waste of time.

The food was supposed to be delivered at 3:30pm. It said the driver had picked up the order and then the time kept changing to eventually be 3:55pm. I contacted Menulog and they just said can you wait 10-15 more minutes. Eventually when I got the food, the packaging was wet from the food sweating in the paper, consequently the food was soggy and just warm. No fault of the restaurant at all

delivery driver did not come to door. lmy order was left on the fence and was atone cold when I got it because there was no notification. this is the second time this has happened. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. WOEFUL SERVICE.

the order was never delivered - we rang the Fish & chip shop and they said the order was collected by the driver but it was never delivered to my home yesterday. Extremely unhappy and I want a refund for food that was NOT DELIVERED!
