By the time the food arrived it was cold, wet and soggy, the boxes that the food arrived in became wet from the food.

I ordered at 5.40pm. It originally said 6.10pm delivery but it didn’t arrive till after 7.06pm. 90 mins delivery from a few kilometres away is unacceptable.
