WE had to ring the restaurant to find out when our order was coming - we ordered at 4.45pm and order confirmed at 5.30pm for delivery at 6.45pm - plenty of time to get the order ready! Food was great as usual but delivery late (not first time)

Estimated 7:15pm-7:35pm, called at 7:35pm, hadn't even left restaurant yet, 7:45pm requested update as still hadn't been delivered, driver was rude and blamed his GPS when he finally showed up at almost 8pm. Requested refund, restaurant denied this. Not acceptable. Make the estimate 8pm and appropriately manage expectations if it's not going to be 7:15-7:35pm!

This was atrocious service and I would definitely not recommend ordering from this restaurant (which used to be great). The food arrived about 2.5 hours after ordering. And the guy tht delivered it smiled and just flippantly said "we are busy". I will not order from this restaurant ever again.
