Food arrived warm. Although the restaurant did cut the top of the lids to try to alleviate the condensation, the karaage wasn't crispy and a little soggy still. I also ordered the salted egg karaage which came on the side to try to not make it extra soggy as well so the restaurant did try did their best. The chips however stayed crispy although slightly cold. Delicious overall and presentation was nice as well.
