Food was cold. Order was incorrect. Not happy at all. Would like someone to contact me

Hi Sue, Apologies for the cold food, we cook crispy strips to order and after looking at your order on our CCTV we prepared it at 7:56pm and was picked up by the courier at the same time along with another order? Please contact Menulog if you received your order much later than the time of pick up as the driver having two separate deliveries may have contributed to you're food getting cold. food was freezing cold, watched courier time from pick-up and it constantly changed for over 45mins. Now I'm heating food.Really wished I didn't give a tip will reconsider ordering again unless I pickup

A little bit about us

Once upon a time, (it was the 80s) a mouthwatering aroma of herbs and chicken wafted over the Sydney’s most famous beach, Bondi. A young Portuguese immigrant yearned to bring the flavours of his homeland to the ravenous appetites of beachgoers. Before you could say, ‘charcoal chicken’ Oporto was born, creating a new addiction with their now famous chilli sauce. Soon after, a sun (the Oporto sun) was born - and franchised.
