when I ordered the app said food will he delivered by 7:15pm maximum. The food was delivered by 8:05pm and it was cold. This is not the experience i expect when I'm ordering food.

I ordered my food, paid $29.00 for it, and it never arrived. Bewilderingly, it was registered as having been delivered. And when I reached out to customer support (Lol) she took more of my details, and time to verify everything, only to turn around and say neither the restaurant, nor the driver were at fault. Pathetic! All I did was pay for the food and got nothing, literally. Very frustrating experience. Never again.

The chicken taste nice. However, those 2 orders of Spicy Rice are both just 1/2 full. It is not worth the value of $5.95 each.

Did time order for 6:30 and if you ll gonna get your order by 7 then why you need to ask for time order if you can not make it on time or closest time. 30 mins are not closest thou.

Food arrived however, driver did not follow instruction to call number to confirm address and was instead on the phone to someone else unrelated to work. Food was dropped off without at least knocking and so it was not known that the delivery had arrived until it was flagged by a passing neighbour in the complex. Proper care needs to be taken when dealing with people's money. Kind regards.

A little bit about us

Once upon a time, (it was the 80s) a mouthwatering aroma of herbs and chicken wafted over the Sydney’s most famous beach, Bondi. A young Portuguese immigrant yearned to bring the flavours of his homeland to the ravenous appetites of beachgoers. Before you could say, ‘charcoal chicken’ Oporto was born, creating a new addiction with their now famous chilli sauce. Soon after, a sun (the Oporto sun) was born - and franchised.
