I haven’t received my order, and no one call me at all!

Original time estimate was well out and constantly changed. The delivery app was very inaccurate. The app said the delivery was 10mins away when the driver called from downstairs. The food was cold in arrival. The chicken was not as described and the rice gluggy. Very disappointing.
