Food was delivered hot and on time, though couldn't finish it as the flake and the potato cake were very oily.

Unfortunately I did not receive my food. I received notification that it had been delivered but we certainly didn’t receive it. I have given 1 star for quality as my review was unable to be submitted. My previous experience is my food was always delicious - when it comes to the food I would definitely recommend Ottas - menu log delivery on the other hand has been getting worse
