The person who answered the phone at Pacino’s when I rang at 1800hrs said the delivery person was right at our door/about to arrive when in fact they had not left the shop yet. That is really annoying, I would much prefer to be told the truth of the matter than what you think I want to hear.

Pizza was cold upon delivery Delivered the wrong drink One of the chicken parmigianas portion was inedible as it was very very chewy, the other was fine. Food was delivered late and I called restaurant and advised it was on its way, I waited 20 mins
