Did not deliver and were not ready to listen

Our driver was there and tried to call you many times, even Menulog tried to call you but your number was wrong and you were not there on the given address. We mention you many times when you call us and you were not ready to accept that you had given a wrong number. Our driver was waiting at your address and keep trying to call you almost 5-6 times but the number was wrong.We have proof of calls and have photo proof of your address. You can’t say we were not ready to listen. We had a log conversation on phone call when you called us. We gave you option to come and pick your order, but you were giving the excuses.

I have ordered there many times but today's delivery was over 1h30 late. The order was changed to delivered twice without the food being delivered. The restaurant finally answered my calls very late. Terrible customer service. Never again.

ordered chicken biriyani which was not authentic. chopped tikka chicken in rice without raita. chicken saag terrible. salty only bit of spinach and watery. lamb biriyani was nice.
