Hi Cris, Thank you for all your negative feedback. I would like to explain. Delivery time is never 25 mins from our side, it must be a glitch in menu log system. you order chicken in the salad. so cooking chicken itself take 10-15 mins when in process of cooking then packing handling delivering. you can't expect 25 mins for such food as what you order is not fast food and we do not use frozen stuff so it will take to handle, cook, deliver. Lastly, they are menu logs driver. they deliver multiple orders to make more money so if they pick the order from us do 2 deliveries before you, that's beyond our control. we don't use any OFF food, everything is marked with dates and thrown away if needed.

Hi Cris, thanks for negative feedback again. i would like to let you know that food as was picked up from our store by menu log driver on time, he probably delivered it to wrong address or something. we are getting lot of these kind of complaints. its ur matter with menu log as they are menu logs drivers not our so please rate negative to menu log not us as we cooked and it was picked up. other thing i remember one of my guy spent long time to explain you this situation and we delivered your food thru our driver still you gave negative feedback. my friend if you dont like our food or service, i request you not to order from us but its not good idea to keep ordering and then giving negative feedback. we are a small business. we do our best to give good quality and cope thru busy times with on time orders. this non-deserving negative feedback affect us in bad way.
