Texted through Menulog app 3 times with no reply
Logged online live help desk with 3 operators. Name Paswan, Aisha and ????
Fed same automated responses and said my delivery would only be a another 15 minutes
As of 7:35pm (35 minutes after ETA of 15minutes) I am still waiting for my order
No offer of compensation for my inconvenience
Very disappointing service and will not be using this service.
Will not recommend to any of my friends and relatives
Absolutely disgusting service
