the crispy pork & soft shell crab bao buns & dumplings that i ordered were delicious - fresh & very tasty - i will def order from "hapi" again!

Unfortunately 2 soups spilt on the delivery. The Soup that did make the trip looked visually fabulous, however lacked flavour & was watery. The Prawn toast needed further cooking and spring rolls more flavour. The Eye Fillet Main still tasted of bicarbonated soda, making it another inedible meal item. The order was $95+ & only thing that will be eaten is the steamed rice. Rather dissapointing, things can only improve.

The driver did not ring my gate bell or call my mobile and left the food on the ground and when I was wondering why my order was taking so long I checked and it said delivered and only then I found the food which had gone cold . Luckily it wasn’t eaten by a stray cat etc

Delivery driver didn't knock or even attempt to come to my front door. left my food in my carport. I happened to be paying attention to app and watched him do it. Even when I was standing infront of him he wouldn't hand me my food. ridiculous.
