Driver had issues confirming delivery on his end, he asked to drive on to the site to allow the confirmation to go through... he did not follow instructions and broke site rules. After which he then came back again to try again to confirm delivery, he proceeded to tell my staff member off for not allowing him onto a controlled site. He spoke no English, my staff member is Arabic and tried to help him but the driver was very rude.

The food was cold and the Laksa had just prawns and noodles in it - was not worth the wait or the money! Never again Pho you have lost a customer!
