Crème Caramel is still so runny and not cooked properly and there’s a lot of oil at the buttom part of my food because of rice

Pork Spring Rolls - Cold, oily, no flavour the dipping sauce was the only flavour Special Pho - very small amount of meat which I would expect more of for $23.50 per bowl especially since its meant to include 4 types of meat. The broth is nice. Creme Caramel - destroyed in transit, laying on the bottom of the bag not in container. I have a photo but can not upload. Very disapointed and would like a refund of the flan at the very least.
