In my latest order, the food was supposed to be delivered between 2:15pm and 2:35, it was delivered at 2:50pm. Order was supposed to contain 4 pies, a sausage roll and 3 donuts, but we only received 3 pies and 2 donuts. When called up to ask about the missing items, the clerk on the other end said they only had 3 of those pies, no sausage rolls, and 2 donuts. But he tried to excuse it by saying, "We were only charged for what we received," which is not true. Anyone who uses Menulog knows you're charged upfront for what you order.
Second time Pie Face has stuffed up my order, and proceeded to give some handwaved excuse without an apology or compensation.
Don't know how they manage to maintain business with these sorts of standards.
