I have tried with many attempts to contact Menulog to resolve my delivery time. It arrived 1.5 hours late. Nearly 3 hours after I ordered did I recieve my meal, and obviously it was cold Absolutely disappointing

One brownie was missing, the other was burnt. Pizza was very undercooked (raw bacon). Were clearly understaffed.

Ordered online and went to pick it up. They said 6:48 and they gave it to me at 6:48. Not 6:50, not 7:00, 6:48. Lovely. Food was delicious too. It’s just on the verge of overflowing with toppings and tastes beautiful.

Ham and cheese pizza wasnt made to order, missing cheese. The Karaage Chicken base was rock hard. Always love Pizza Capers but dont think ill be ordering from there again.
