Tracked the driver and went to the door waiting for the driver, all of a sudden it stated my food had been delivered when it had not. Called the restaurnt and they said the driver didnt have a bag and the pizzas were still at the shop. Nothing they were saying made sense so I complained for the first time to Menulog.Terrible customer service from the restaurant , but great customer service from Menulog received a full refund and an apology even though it was not there fault. Will never order from this lot again ... dont say food is on the way and delivered when it hasnt even left from the restaurant.
