Monday 24 June 2024Requested a 12pm delivery and arrived 45 minutes late. Contacted Menulog to cancel and because a courier was there to pick up the order I could not cancel or request a refund. This is poor service from Menulog and I still request a refund and will be raising this matter further. Due to how late it was the food was cold and was slapped together. Very disappointed!
