Friday 07 March 2025The Courier delivery person gave it to the wrong person!! I had to go across the street and ask my neighbour if he got the food that got delivered. My neighbour old man was nice Told me he just got handed food. He did hand it to me. But Very disappointed in the courier.!!

Wednesday 12 February 2025I recently ordered from Kogarah location and had a very disappointing experience. The service was poor, the food quantity was inadequate, and the overall quality did not meet expectations. I raised issue on phone and after listening they just bang the phone. Additionally, the manager was unprofessional and dismissive when I raised my concerns, making excuses instead of addressing the issue.
I expect better from Pizza Hut and as it greatly affects customer trust and satisfaction.
