    The order did not arrive despite saying it was delivered. And menulog could not contact the courier to see where it was left. The chat service timed out when I wrote longer messages. 3 attempts to get through. I was told I’d get a credit. However I am not likely to order again. It’s bad luck because the hotel is out of food due to high demand and it’s 1.30 am following a concert where you also couldn’t get food and it was hard to get water.
