Coffees weren't properly sealed, 4 extra larges ordered all different types as well as 1 hot chocolate. They were all stuffed into one bag which tore and spilled coffee all through my carpet. I now both don't have an order and have to spend money to have the carpets cleaned. Poorly wrapped in cling foil and the filter for the lids were not placed on it properly. No indicator for which coffee is which or even which drink was the hot chocolate, not that I can drink them now.
