I ordered Ben & Jerry’s tonight dough Ice cream, unfortunately I got the wrong sort delivered, normally I wouldn’t mind other sorts, but the one I got was exactly the one I don’t like. I’m not sure if someone grabbed the wrong one or it was out of stock. It would have been good if the responsible person could pay more attention to detail, so mistakes like that not gonna happen or in the other case I would expect a call or a text about the out of stock item. I ended up ordering again from a different place. I called menulog customer service and got an outstanding friendly service and received a gift voucher same worth as the wrong item I got delivered but didn’t included the delivery costs. I ended up loosing $12 cause of that mistake.
