2 times now I've ordered from here and both times I have received the wrong items an yet there has been no number to call to resolve it. Very angry and disappointed

There are two incorrect items in my order. I ordered a box of tissues and received at 15pk antibacterial wipes. I ordered an I vanilla maxi on and was given mint flavour.

I called the restaurant because I ordered a 1.25ltr drink. Was told She had done this & changed my order, I think is exceptionally rude customer service, if someone has paid for a 1.25ltr of drink & they receive a small 300ml can instead, if I wanted a small can I would have ordered it. The food was also not as good as I thought it would be. I am not happy at all in this restaurant or it's customer service. I would have given a zero but You can't
