Tuesday 04 July 2023Never received order tracked courier he stopped for 15 mins on way at 8 Degress pizza and then after that he went off the track and never to ve found again order so disgusted with the service from Menulog contacted them they can not help did not help useless! No refund so disappointing but truely what can you expect from a service which should be discontinued here in aWA Menulog is useless service non existence helpful customer service non existent disgusting handling of food service very unhappy and still no refund no order received never use this again no one should

Tuesday 22 November 2022The order was 10' late and 2' later, at 1.27pm, our Receptioniste delivered it to my room! Unfortunately, there were only 17 items in the order, 18 items were ordered. I discovered that the only missing item was: the Streets Ice Cream Varieties Magnum Classic, 107 mls., worth, $7.00. (all the other items were there!). Apparently, the Streets Ice Cream was excluded from the order? I just don't know the whereabouts of the missing Streets Ice Cream!. Regards, Ron Chivers, Aegis Carrington Lodge, 6163.
