Very late, very cold, very much not worth the price I just paid to wait in a hotel lobby to receive a cold $47 steak from a delivery driver who did not even bother to park his car! ( I received my delivery via an open car window on the street). The ‘expected delivery time’ continued to change while I stood in the lobby of my hotel waiting. I discovered later that the restaurant I ordered from was less than 1.5km away yet the delivery once picked up from the restaurant took 25+ minutes.

Never got my order after waiting over an hour. status updated to Delivered but no one reached my address as I was waiting outside my front door. Driver simply took away, rather stole my order. Its not about money, its about waste of time and the compensation by Menu log is to get the money back. Is it really a compensation?

Next time drive with care as we were the ones that paid and now we have food with coke on it and a bag that drenched our bench and a half cup of coke. waste of money in my eyes.
