An Italian oven partly created with volcanic rock from Mt Vesuvius deserves the correct fuel, and so do you. For this reason we chose the hardwood ironbark to fuel the flame. It's high burn heat and notably flavoursome smoke makes it the perfect timber to cook alongside. All dough is made from Italian flours, and proven for an extended period to ensure pizza base does not bloat after consuming. Enjoy.
