Delivery driver took forever to deliver order and it arrived cold. I noticed he wasn’t moving far from the restaurant, then I noticed he stopped elsewhere. Pretty sure he was delivering other orders before us. But this caused very very inedible cold food. We had to heat it up in the microwave - this obviously caused it to go soggy. I’ve never had this experience before. As you can see I’ve very rarely made complaints. I’m very sure it’s not the restaurants fault - but I’m not an expert

We ordered. Waited 45 minutes only to ring the store and they said they gave it to the driver ages ago. When we received it over an hour later it was cold.
