Food was ready for collection at 12:04pm - menulog courier was topick up at 12;15-1-18 but never turned up at the restuarant until 1:08. I called teh restuarant and they advised food was ready for collection at 12:04. I was offered a 50% refund - still nothing in my account

There was no text message or knock on the door letting me know the food had been delivered so everything was cold by the time I realised it was sitting on the doorstep which was very annoying.
