Once again a stuff up - from drivers who leave food at the wrong address- to cold or stale food - to items missing - to items substituted without approval…. At what point do these delivery apps start taking some aaccountabilty!!!! Every second order is a screw up and yet they make it so hard to deal with them. Train your people and improve your processes!!- how hard can it be? Or- maybe they just don’t care?
