They didn’t read order notes and provide what I asked for.

Unfortunately the quality is going down. I’ve ordered so many times in hopes it will get better. They put such a small amount of chicken in the soldiers- all filled with rice noodles mainly 95% of it. Sometimes they put the oil sauce in a bag and it arrives with a bag full of oil as the container lids spring off. There have been maybe a few times they pack the sauces in the box which is great but it depends who is working.
